Muscle for the Journey Studio Celebrates Grand Opening with a Fundraising Event

Urbandale, Iowa — Muscle for the Journey LLC, located at 7012 Madison Avenue Suite E in Urbandale, is celebrating our grand opening on May 18 and 19. The festivities are open to the public and include a fundraising event benefiting families who have a child with cancer or some other life-threatening medical condition, free yoga, hourly workouts, kettlebell demonstrations, giveaways, grab bags for the first 25 people each day, snacks, refreshments and tours of our new space. Parking is available in the west and south lots or street side.

Our celebration kicks off on Friday, May 18, with a lunch hour ribbon cutting ceremony presented by the City of Urbandale from 12 – 1 p.m. Then unwind from 6 – 7 p.m. as we host yoga on the lawn followed by a social hour in the studio with evening snacks and refreshments.

Join us on Saturday, May 19, from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. as we lead workouts and team with Relentless to raise funds for HopeKids. Each workout will be held every hour on the hour for 10-20 minutes. In addition, area businesses will be on exhibit to lead you through an entrepreneurial look at Urbandale and the surrounding areas. Prize giveaways will be announced at 1:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m.
