"How I Met Your Mother" Star Performs at Des Moines Social Club

April 12, 2018

Des Moines, IA (APRIL 9, 2018) —Fans of the popular television show “How I Met Your Mother” are in for a treat at the Des Moines Social Club.  The Social Club is proud to present Radnor & Lee in concert on Friday, April 27 in the Kum & Go Theater.  Radnor & Lee features the music of singer/songwriter Ben Lee and actor/director Josh Radnor, most well-known for his role as Ted Mosby on “How I Met Your Mother.”  Radnor most recently stars in NBC’s new series “Rise.” The concert starts at 8PM and costs $20 to attend.

RADNOR & LEE is a musical collaboration between Ben Lee and Josh Radnor, friends for over a decade with a shared interest in big ideas.  The duo had always said they should write a song together. One song turned into ten and Radnor & Lee was born.

Their debut album “Radnor & Lee” came out in November, and they have amassed a growing and passionate fan base, particularly in Brazil where in January they completed a sold-out tour. A mini-documentary will be released soon (click here for a teaser trailer) and Josh and Ben plan to start recording album #2 this year.

Alternately witty, hopeful, yearning, joyful, searching, meditative and celebratory, Radnor & Lee make write songs for human beings who are ready to fall in love with being human again.

The concert is expected to sell out, and purchasing advance tickets is recommended.  For more information and to purchase tickets, visit desmoinessocialclub.org/events/radnor-lee/.
