Attorney Alex Kron Joins Davis Brown Law Firm

Alex Kron recently joined Davis Brown Law Firm as an associate attorney in the Business Division. Alex represents business, nonprofits, and individuals withtheir various legal needs. He assists in the formation of new businesses, application for and maintenance of 501(c)(3) status, and compliance with federal and local regulations. He also helps businesses with corporate governance matters, guides his clients through tax and real estate matters, drafts and negotiates contracts, and advises on mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to Davis Brown, Alex practiced law for six years in Omaha, Nebraska, at Fraser Stryker. Alex passed all sections of the CPA exam in Iowa in 2010.

Alex completed his undergraduate studies at Creighton University and graduated with Distinction from the University of Iowa College of Law where he served as Executive Editor of the Iowa Law Review.
