Certified buildings generate 35% fewer greenhouse gas emissions, according to energystar.gov.

Key features of their office headquarters influenced the score that led to the 2023 Certified Building status awarded by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the U.S. Department of Energy. Those features included:

• Outdoor air ventilation meets or exceeds minimum standards for ideal indoor environmental quality.
• Air-cooled chillers in the data center to improve efficiency, manage costs, and reduce heat output.
