Always Ready: Business Plan
The Always Ready: Business Plan event is a one-hour class that will help you develop your business plan and connect you with other small business owners. You will hear from speakers who have been through the entrepreneurial journey so you can learn and prepare for opportunity.
Always Ready: Financials
At the Always Ready: Financials event, you’ll learn what it takes to make the right financial decisions for your business. From applying for a loan to figuring out your budget, this Iowa Center event is an opportunity for coaching and developing a path for success.
The Iowa Center also provides examples of financial documents to help get you started on your own Personal Financial Statement, Combined Income & Expenses, Startup Business Budget, Profit & Loss Statement, Cash Flow Statement and Balance Sheet. Find tools to help get you started here.
Finally, if you are a current small business owner and have lived in Iowa for more than six months, you might be eligible for a loan, up to $30,000, from The Iowa Center. Schedule an appointment to find out if you qualify.
