Explore A Career in Business + Finance During First Career Launch DSM Event

Next Tuesday, Oct. 11, the Greater Des Moines Partnership and Tallo will host the first event in a new career exploration series, Career Launch DSM: Business & Finance. The virtual event will include a panel discussion on degree options and opportunities for those looking to build a business and finance career in Greater Des Moines (DSM).

Schedule

Participants will begin the day with a Launch Session with Tallo at 9 a.m. The schedule will continue with the following activities:

• 9:15 a.m. – Educational Pathway with Drake University
• 9:45 a.m. – Community State Bank
• 10:15 a.m. – Brief Break
• 10:20 a.m. – Sammons Financial
• 10:50 a.m. – Closing Session

Whether you are a high school or college student, an educator or a job seeker, this event promises to offer information and advice on launching a business and finance career in the region. Take part in a Q&A session and hear about what local companies are offering as far as talent development opportunities, internships and more.
