Since getting involved in the Games back in 2020, I’ve had the opportunity to not only participate in numerous events, but also witness the evolution of participating and excitement here at Principal. I’ve met several friends in departments I would never interact with directly. These friendships have developed into getting a group together to volunteer and invites to recreational league teams throughout the area.
Connecting Hybrid Employees
In today’s evolving work environment, where many of our employees operate in a hybrid model, opportunities to engage face-to-face are invaluable. The Des Moines Corporate Games provides a perfect platform for hybrid employees to come together, fostering stronger connections beyond virtual meetings.
