Sammons Financial Group will move into its new corporate headquarters building in late 2020. Designed to accommodate the company’s growth for the next 10 to 20 years, the corporate campus will provide space for approximately 800 employees, allowing for long-term workforce growth in the decade ahead. Located at 8300 Mills Civic Parkway in West Des Moines, the 215,000-square foot headquarters will provide space, safety and functionality for current and future teams and departments. Sammons Financial Group is poised for growth, and the new building offers contemporary space and amenities to attract and retain its growing employee base. Each of Sammons Financial Group’s business lines in Greater Des Moines (DSM) will relocate to the building, creating a more collaborative and functional workspace.

Rob Tekolste, Sammons Financial Group’s West Des Moines site leader and head of its annuities business line says bringing economic growth to the West Des Moines community while enriching existing employees’ experience at their workplace brings an excitement to the project. 

The headquarters will serve as the new home to the companies of Sammons® Financial Group, Inc.
