Jenae Sikkink Recognized as National 40 Under 40 Honoree
GREATER DES MOINES, IA (Dec. 5, 2025) – Jenae Sikkink, Senior Vice President of Talent Development and Inclusive Strategies at the Greater Des Moines Partnership, has been named as an Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives (ACCE) 2025 40 Under 40 honoree which recognizes emerging leaders shaping the chamber of commerce industry.
This annual recognition program showcases 40 of the industry’s top emerging leaders who have demonstrated professional success and contributed significantly to the communities they serve. Honorees include CEOs and staff professionals across roles and chamber sizes, whose creativity and commitment to innovative solutions are helping shape the future of the chamber profession.
Through her role at The Partnership, Sikkink advances the region’s education and workforce priorities, strengthens community integration efforts, provides Affiliate Chamber support and guides policy strategies through advocacy at the state and federal levels. In addition, she also oversees key talent initiatives including The Legacy Project: Career Ready Collective, the DSM Intern Connection, Young Professionals Connection (YPC) and the DSM Fellowship Program. Her work reflects a deep commitment to developing, attracting and retaining talent that fuels Greater Des Moines’ long-term success.

ACCE represents more than 9,000 professionals from 1,300 chambers of commerce, including 93 of the top 100 U.S. metro areas. This year’s competition drew nearly 400 nominations. Eligible chamber professionals must be nominated by their chamber’s president/CEO, direct supervisor or board chair and must demonstrate meaningful community impact and proven professional success.
