Pella Corporation Announces Emily Videtto as Next President and Chief Executive Officer
Emily Videtto will be Pella Corporation's next President and Chief Executive Officer, effective July 1, 2026, following Tim Yaggi's retirement and a well-planned, Board-led succession process. Videtto most recently served as President and Chief Operating Officer, after previously serving as Pella Corporation's Chief Marketing Officer. She has been a central force in shaping Pella's growth and transformation through a deep knowledge of the business, a genuine commitment to people and a proven ability to turn vision into results.

This leadership transition reflects a thoughtful, multi-year plan designed to ensure continuity and position the company for sustained success. Yaggi will retire after leading the company through a period of significant growth and value creation.
