Keynotes Announced for WDM Chamber's 9th Annual Mentoring for Women Conference

The West Des Moines Chamber of Commerce (WDM Chamber) has announced the keynote speakers for its 9th Annual Mentoring for Women Conference, presented by Wellabe, on September 9, 2026, at the West Des Moines Marriott. The event provides women in Central Iowa the chance to learn from top regional leaders through fast-paced coaching sessions and interactive learning activities.

2026 Keynote Speakers

The Mentoring for Women Conference will take place on Wednesday, Sept. 9, 2026, from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., offering breakfast, lunch, and special surprises to close the day. This year’s lunch will feature a keynote speaker session with dynamic leaders from across the region, including:

  • Lauren M.G. Burt - Head of Global Corporate Affairs at Kemin Industries
  • Erin Hockman - CEO of Des Moines Regional Transit Authority (DART)
  • Trina Flack - President & CEO of Catch Des Moines
  • Stephanie Oppel - Executive Director of ICON Water Trails
  • Kaity Patchett - Executive Director of Capital Crossroads
  • Marcia Treichel - Executive Market Director at JP Morgan Chase
  • Kaylee Williams - Co-Founder & Board Member of Iowa Startup Week
