City of Ankeny Named a Best Place to Live in the U.S.
The City of Ankeny has shared a new recognition from U.S. News & World Report after evaluating more than 850 of the top cities in the country. The publication ranked Ankeny the No. 4 Best Places to Live in the country and No. 1 Best Places to Live in Iowa for 2026-2027, moving up from No. 18 nationally in 2025-2026.
