The Greater Des Moines Partnership to Host Public Policy Issue Forum on Placemaking
GREATER DES MOINES, IA (June 5, 2023) – The Greater Des Moines Partnership will hold a series of public policy forums throughout 2023 to explore issues impacting Greater Des Moines (DSM). Each forum will include a conversation of experts who will provide insights surrounding the policy implications of that priority issue. The next forum is on the topic of Placemaking on Thursday, June 15 from Noon – 1 p.m.
The Public Policy Issue Forum on Placemaking will feature a panel discussion on new and existing large-scale regional placemaking initiatives. Panelists represent a variety of transformational projects and will speak to the public policy implications of placemaking projects and their role in attracting and retaining talent.
