Beaverdale Books to Host DSM Book Festival in 2024

Beaverdale Books is excited to announce that it will be the host of the 2024 DSM Book Festival. The Festival was started by the Greater Des Moines Partnership in 2018, and The Partnership has transitioned it to Beaverdale Books beginning with the 2024 event. Beaverdale Books has proudly been part of the event since its inception because it believes strongly in what The Festival brings to our community. Beaverdale Books plans to ensure the festival continues the important mission of connecting readers in central Iowa with writers from near and far.

The DSM Book Festival connects people who love books with people who create them. The Festival features nationally acclaimed authors, book club-style discussions led by featured commentators, hands-on activities, children’s programming, food, drink, and more.

As we look forward to the 2024 DSM Book Festival, we are aware it’s a big undertaking, and we are up to the task.”

Some elements of the Festival will be updated, such as date and location, but Beaverdale Books is committed to delivering the fun-filled festival, dedicated to books and booklovers, that our community has come to expect.

Planning for the Festival has already begun, and we will be announcing more information soon.
