Jerry Spaeth inducted as Fellow to American College of Trial Lawyers September 12 in London, England

Whitfield & Eddy attorney Jerry Spaeth will be inducted as a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers on Friday, Sept. 12 in London, England.

From the ACTL website, Fellowship is extended only by invitation, after careful investigation, to those experienced trial lawyers who have mastered the art of advocacy and whose professional careers have been marked by the highest standards of ethical conduct, professionalism, civility and collegiality. Membership may not exceed more than 1 percent of the total lawyer population of a state of province.

Spaeth is a civil trial and litigation lawyer, specializing in commercial, trucking and high-end dissolution litigation and trial practice, practicing at Whitfield & Eddy since 1978.
