Another popular and meaningful menu choice, “The Victoria,” named after Chris’s best friend’s late mother, featuring a spicy garlic Alfredo base with meatballs, roasted red peppers and sausage. Proceeds from its debut as a pizza of the month went to Mary’s Meals, a charity she loved. Now a permanent menu item, it’s a tribute to the connections that make Truman’s feel like home.
