Red Hot Chili Pipers
Thursday, Sept. 4, 2025 | Central Park, Grinnell
Bagpipes meet rock ‘n’ roll when the Red Hot Chili Pipers take over Central Park in Grinnell. This isn’t your average concert — it’s “bagrock,” a fiery fusion of iconic rock anthems and traditional Scottish sounds that will keep you on your feet all night. Picture AC/DC guitar riffs colliding with the soaring wail of bagpipes, creating a sound that’s equal parts unexpected and unforgettable. The evening kicks off at 6:30 p.m. with Turlach Ur setting the stage, plus food vendors and a beverage garden to keep the festival vibe going strong. Trust us, you’ve never heard bagpipes like this before.
