Fall Yoga by the Lake in Johnston
Join us for a rejuvenating hour of Yoga by the Lake led by Ignit Yoga Instructor, Natalie Henricksen. In September and October on Saturday mornings from 8 to 9 a.m. at the Amphitheatre, take in the peaceful atmosphere of Terra Lake and the beautiful fall colors as you improve your well-being in a serene outdoor setting. These yoga sessions are free and open to individuals of all levels. Don't miss this chance to relax, connect with nature and enjoy the community spirit in the great outdoors.

And don’t forget, outdoor recreational fun doesn’t end in October. During the winter months, visit Johnston Commons Ice Rink, available from Noon to Dusk for open skating and Dawn to Noon for hockey skating, thanks to the City of Johnston, Iowa Wild and Wells Fargo. The Johnston Town Center Skating Rink also offers outdoor recreation throughout the winter.
