DSM Fellowship Program Cultivating Next Generation of Leaders
In June, the Greater Des Moines Partnership announced the first class of the DSM Fellowship Program. A total of 14 Greater Des Moines (DSM) companies selected and sponsored 24 Fellows into the program.
For the two-year pilot program, Fellows represent diverse personal backgrounds and a wide range of industries and professions. They come from across the state, country and world. Fellows will have structured enhanced professional development curriculum. They will receive mentoring from company executives and community leaders. They will give back to the community through their volunteer engagement.
Retaining and attracting top talent
One area of need we hear from Partnership Investors is talent attraction and retention. This initiative will further enhance our region’s ability to attract and retain top tier talent.
