Registration Open for ACCE Annual Convention in DSM USA

GREATER DES MOINES, IA (March 14, 2018) — Registration is open for the 2018 Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives (ACCE) Annual Convention. The event is set for July 17 – 20 in Greater Des Moines (DSM). The Convention’s theme will focus on how attendees can dream big and be different. The Convention will give DSM the opportunity to showcase how it dreams big and has differentiated itself from other regions with strong community and economic development growth.

The ACCE Annual Convention is the nation’s largest annual gathering of people who work for and with Chambers of Commerce. DSM aims to host more than 1,000 influencers from around the country and world. Partnership Regional Affiliate Chamber of Commerce Members and Investors, as well as business, economic development and Chamber leaders across the state, are encouraged to attend. Events will primarily take place at the Iowa Events Center. Attendees will be among the first convention attendees to stay at the Hilton Downtown Des Moines hotel, which was a key factor in attracting the event.

The ACCE Annual Convention will feature workshops, networking opportunities, an awards show, a welcome reception and closing party. Keynote speakers include:

• Ryan Estis, a business performance expert helping companies, leaders and sellers more effectively connect to their employees and customers. Estis is regarded as one of the Top 100 Keynote Speakers by Meetings & Conventions Magazine.
• Becky Frankiewicz, President of ManpowerGroup North America. Prior to joining the company in July 2017, she led Quaker Foods North America, a $2.6 billion business.
