National Career Readiness Certificate Training Event
Gain a competitive edge and add value to your employees through the National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC). This is a no-cost way for your employees to develop additional skills and help your company gain a better understanding of your workforce. By offering the NCRC assessment to current employees, businesses can identify opportunities to target additional training, locate employees to move into “fasttrack” training for advancement opportunities, and identify critical thinkers on your current team.
IowaWorks, Greater Des Moines Partnership, Kaplan University and DMACC are teaming together to offer a three-day NCRC Testing Event. Employers can choose a time that best fits your employees’ schedules with a variety of locations and times, or you can pass this information along to them so they can register themselves.
