Local Businesses Honored For Economic Impact

The Celebrate Business and Economic Impact Awards will recognize Greater Des Moines (DSM) companies at a luncheon on Wednesday, November 12, 2014. Presented by the Greater Des Moines Partnership and the Des Moines Business Record, the Celebrate Business and Economic Impact awards promote the development of the Des Moines business community by publicly recognizing innovative and enduring business initiatives. The awards program will take place at the Downtown Des Moines Marriot, with registration beginning at 11 a.m. and the program concluding at 1 p.m.  

Celebrating 32 years, the Economic Impact Awards commemorate the influence that recognized companies have had on the local economy in terms of job creation, capital investment and facility expansion.

Since 1999, the Celebrate Business Awards have promoted the Des Moines business community by acknowledging innovative and enduring business initiatives. The awards are presented annually to business winners that have embraced innovation, promoted life-long learning, built a reputation for integrity and quality while remaining outside the public limelight, and encouraged involvement in community activities.
