Greater Des Moines To Host Third Annual Global Insurance Symposium On April 26-28

September 10, 2015

The third annual Global Insurance Symposium will be held in the insurance hub of Des Moines, Iowa on April 26-28, 2016. The Global Insurance Symposium is designed to enhance and further the dialogue on the increasing issues facing today’s insurance industry by bringing together insurance professionals and regulatory authorities to share insights.

The first two Global Insurance Symposiums were successful in drawing more than 300 people each. This year’s event is expected to draw another big crowd and will be held at the Community Choice Credit Union Convention Center.

A planning committee consisting of Iowa’s leading insurance companies, the Iowa Insurance Institute, the Federation of Iowa Insurers, the Iowa Economic Development Authority (IEDA), the Greater Des Moines Partnership, and the Iowa Insurance Division will shape the content of the 2016 Global Insurance Symposium.

Registration for the Symposium will open in early 2016, and more information about the Symposium’s content and speakers will be announced in coming months. For more information, go to GlobalInsuranceSymposium.com.
