Executive Forum on Diversity and Inclusion is Nov. 4
The Greater Des Moines Partnership will host its 4th Annual Executive Forum on Diversity and Inclusion on Friday, Nov. 4, to cultivate a community conversation surrounding inclusion opportunities in the region. Wellmark Chairman and CEO John Forsyth and Vice President of Inclusion and Organizational Development Rona Berinobis will lead a keynote session on Creating an Inclusive Workplace Culture.
Other topics and presenters include:
- Black/African-American Employment Opportunity, led by Marvin DeJear, Director of the Evelyn K. Davis Center and Phil Hall, Employee Relations Leader at Wells Fargo.
- Radical Acts of Civility, led by Donna Redwing, Executive Director of OneIowa, and Heather Schott, Assistant Director of Diversity and Inclusion at Principal.
- Talent Pools to Consider, including roundtable discussions focused on topics of homelessness, immigrants and refugees, ex-offenders, veterans and people with disabilities.
