Celebrate Business Award Applications Now Available!
The applications for the Greater Des Moines Partnership’s annual Celebrate Business Awards are open! Regional business members are encouraged to apply themselves or nominate deserving clients, vendors or colleagues. The Celebrate Business Awards promote the development of the Greater Des Moines (DSM) business community by publicly acknowledging unique and enduring business initiatives.
The awards recognize companies for specific business practices, such as building a reputation for integrity and quality while remaining outside the public limelight, or encouraging involvement in community activities. Small- and large-business winners are selected annually in several categories, which include: Best Kept Secret; Community Champion; Life Long Learning; Innovation; and Best Workplace for Young Professionals.
Expanding or new businesses are also recognized each year with the Economic Impact Awards to commemorate the impact a company has had on the local economy in terms of job creation, capital investment, and facility expansion.
The 2014 Celebrate Business Awards are sponsored by Des Moines Business Record; Bridgestone Americas Tire Operations, LLC; Simpson College; Young Professionals Connection; and the Partnership.
