Description

Certified Forest Therapy Guide Shinrin-yoku, or forest bathing, is a Japanese practice that emphasizes the physical and mental health benefits of time spent in nature. Guided nature walks no longer than half a mile allow participants of all ages to enter a state of embodied awareness and tune in to their senses.
