Event Information
The Downtown Winter Farmers' Market returns to Downtown Des Moines (DSM) Nov. 16-17. Farmers are onsite at Capital Square and Kaleidoscope at the Hub, selling a variety of locally raised products such as eggs and cheese, beef, pork, duck, and holiday hams, as well as late-season and greenhouse produce. Shoppers can also bring home an abundance of fresh handmade products, including locally produced honey, jams, salsa, wine, cheese, noodles, breads, pies and cinnamon rolls!
This event is free and open to the public.
UnityPoint Health – DSM Programming
UnityPoint Health – Des Moines will be showcasing Blank Children’s Hospital’s annual Festival of Trees and Lights (FOTL) celebration! Be sure to stop by their booth, located on the main floor of Capital Square, near the escalators, to purchase FOTL merchandise and tickets. Hands-on activities for kids will also be available at the booth.
