Sanjita Pradhan Sanjita Pradhan serves as Program Director of Talent Development for the Greater Des Moines Partnership. Pradhan’s key focus is leading initiatives to carry out The Partnership’s Global DSM: International Talent Strategy in addition to other talent attraction and development programming. Locally and nationally, Pradhan has been an active volunteer and advocate for foreign-born talent. In 2015, she was appointed by President Barack Obama to serve on the President’s Advisory Commission for Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders. Pradhan has served as a Council Member for The Partnership’s Inclusion Council and worked on the formation of The Partnership’s Global DSM: International Talent Strategy. She has served as an Advisory Board Member for the English as a Second Language Programs at the Des Moines Area Community College Urban Campus, an Advisory Board Member for the Ethnic Minorities of Burma Advocacy and Research Center and many more community volunteer positions. Pradhan is originally from Nepal, and moved to Des Moines in 2006. She has a Bachelors in Agriculture Sciences degree from the Institute of Agriculture and Animal Science in Nepal, and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Technology.
